If you like boutiques you should go to Fort-de-France. There are plenty of them there, and you can find the latest Paris fashion, as well as local designers creations. also there are numerous street markets where you can buy local handicrafts.
If you want only clothes and perfumes you have to go to Rue Victor Hugo, to the 2 malls there. For jewelery go to rue Islambert or rue Lamartine.
